As Developer and Development Manager, we led the end-to-end delivery of this landmark master-planned, mixed-use development spanning three sites.

 

Our comprehensive services included innovative design, development applications, and securing all necessary building approvals.

 

The project features 134 townhouses, a vibrant 4,000m² retail and commercial precinct anchored by Coles, medical facilities, cafés, and two state-of-the-art 75-place daycare centres.

 

Leveraging our expertise in large-scale, multi-site developments, we ensured seamless integration of residential, retail, and community spaces-creating a dynamic, connected environment where people can live, work, shop, and thrive.
