As Developer, Development Manager, and Builder for the Moranbah Early Learning Center, a purpose-built daycare facility designed to accommodate 120 children. Our comprehensive scope included innovative design, preparation and lodgement of development and building applications, securing all necessary approvals, managing construction, and overseeing the final handover.

 

Throughout the project, we ensured compliance with all regulatory requirements and delivered a safe, functional, and engaging environment tailored to early childhood care and education.
